SMSgateway.ro platform
is a web based application, developed by DataTEK Group since 2004, reaching now a great level of versatility. It proves to be the perfect modular solution that offers a wide range of applicability in the field of mobile marketing and suits a variety of applications:
- text messaging (SMS messages to customers or potential customers)
- alerts (periodic alerts, built strictly to remind the customer due to such payment obligation)

In addition to these basic services SMSgateway.ro offers more complex services:
- 2WAY messaging - communication between company and client can be interactive, bidirectional. Thus DataTEK company assigns a short number 1xxx which will be used to receive SMS messages from clients. The mechanism can be used for example to probe the mass of customers regarding a product / service that is going to be released.

For the analysis of communication with customers SMSgateway.ro offers over 140 types of real time reports on the status message. Ie: message delivery, confirmation that the recipient has received the message, why the message did not reach the destination (inbox is full, mobile has closed, not in the coverage of GSM operator, left the country and roaming is not enabled) and others.
SMSgateway.ro platform is very easy to operate thanks to intuitive structured GUI that allows anyone with minimal skills in computer operation to perform the operation desired.
User account presents a number of tools and modules for setting and sending SMS messages:
Database module: allows import / export in CSV format (comma separated value) of lists with customers. This module allows segmentation and database management on certain criteria - gender, age, location, etc. for each criteria will be created a separate list.
Customizing the message: SMSgateway platform incorporates specific functions which allows insertion into the text message the name of the recipient. Ex: "Dear John Popescu your rate is due to date by 01 sept 2009."
Campaign module: in this section of the platform campaigns can be set. Creating a campaign is very easy by importing customer lists, adding text message and sending the campaign. In this way all sent campaigns are displayed with the option to export the reports of delivered messages.
2WAY campaigns: allows the setting and monitoring a number of interactive campaigns using short 1xxx number.
Reports module: allows the generation of SMS traffic reports. There are 2 possibilities for consulting reports. The first one allows you to view all messages in the user interface and the 2nd allows the generation of reports according to several criteria: time, messages sent to a mobile number, messages status. The reports generated can be displayed directly in the user interface or can be exported in CSV format.
Documentation module: here the user finds the documentation necessary to operate the account or SMSgateway Platform. Of course the user has the full support of DataTEK Group to familiarize themselves with the platform.
FLASH SMS is a unique feature offered by SMSgateway.ro
There are times when the message sent needs to be read quickly, without the possibility of avoiding it.
For this situation there is Flash SMS that allows sending a standard SMS directly on mobile phone's display. In other words, instead of sending SMS messages in the inbox of the mobile phone the message will appear directly on phone's display being read by the recipient instantly.
