Rules for routing incoming calls

If, for example, one of the employees does not want to be bothered by some people he can restrict calls from certain phone numbers by setting the busy tone or forwarded to the voice mailbox.

Forwarding incoming calls to office to a personal phone number

If an employee who is not in the office is waiting for a call from a major customer he will set redirecting incoming calls to office phone to his own cell phone before he left the office

or

If an employee wants to be found during lunch hour, for example, will set redirecting incoming calls to office phone to his own cell phone.

Instantaneous change of voicemail greeting message

If an employee have the greeting "Hi, I'm Michael, currently I'm busy, please call me later" when he goes on vacation he can change the message through a simple phone call and dictate the new phone message "Hi, I'm Michael, I'm in vacation until 1st of September, please call my colleague Marius to the number ...."

Possibility of allocating to each telephone number an internal (extension), for customers who call for the first time, and a public telephone number, allowing employees to offer customers a direct phone number to be called.
